Yin Embodied – 100h Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Yin Yoga offers a gentle path into embodiment, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening.
In Yin Embodied, we create space for stillness, subtle awareness, and structural insight – grounded in curiosity and compassion.
